At Bronte Family Doctors, our experienced GPs offer a range of simple procedures in the familiar setting of your local practice. Depending on the procedure, we may ask you to book an initial consultation first so we can assess the problem, discuss your options and provide an estimate of costs.
30-45 MINUTE APPOINTMENT
Your doctor will explain the procedure, pain relief options, expected recovery and any potential risks before proceeding. Local anaesthetic is available for procedures where required, and we’ll provide clear instructions about wound care and follow-up afterwards.
Some procedures require a longer appointment or particular equipment, so please call reception before booking rather than booking a standard consultation online.
If you have a minor injury, skin lesion or other problem that you think may need a procedure, speak with our reception team or book an initial consultation with one of our GPs. We can assess what is needed and arrange treatment at the practice where appropriate.
